"FRANGIPANI GUEST RETREAT" is a boutique short stay accommodation offering two well-appointed executive, self- contained private guest suites, catering specifically to guests that like to travel with their pets. Both guest suites have fully secured and shady courtyards complete with dog baths for their enjoyment. "FRANGIPANI GUEST RETREAT" is centrally located. Just a 15 minute walk to the Broome town centre or a leisurely ride to iconic Cable Beach, where you can take a refreshing dip in the waters of the Indian Ocean. A two minute drive gets you to the airport or you may enjoy a stroll to the local park with your pooch. "FRANGIPANI GUEST SUITE" has undercover carport parking and its own private courtyard entrance. It has a kitchenette, and a separate en-suite with shower,corner spa and toilet. The bedroom has a queen size bed and all linen is supplied. We only use hotel quality 1000 thread count sheets and quality Egyptian towels. The bedroom has a flat screen wall mounted digital TV and DVD player. The kitchenette has a full size fridge, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich maker and kettle. A Weber Q BBQ is supplied in the courtyard area to cater for all your alfresco cooking needs. Sit back and relax in the hammock swinging from the Mango tree with your favourite novel or simply enjoy the trill of birds under the Mango tree! "DRAGONFLY GUEST SUITE" newly completed in July 2012, has its own off street parking and private courtyard entrance. The Dragonfly Suite consists of a large self contained executive room, fully furnished with quality fittings and furnishings throughout. The room has its own kitchenette and a separate en-suite with shower, toilet and automatic washing machine. Open and airy with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The room has a relaxed Broome time feel. The queen size bed is fitted with hotel quality 1000 thread count sheets and the best quality Egyptian towels. The lounge area has a flat screen digital TV with DVD player. The kitchenette has a full size fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and griller. The outdoor area is shaded with a hooded gas BBQ with side cooker and outdoor setting. A dog pool is provided for your pooches pleasure. As we love our pets and know you do to, we understand how difficult it is to leave them behind, so we do welcome your well behaved pets. Please enquire on your application for availability. Pets will be safe and secure in the fenced courtyard areas but are NOT permitted inside the accommodation. For your convenience a complimentary selection of twining's teas, freshly ground coffee and fresh milk is included for the duration of your stay. PLEASE NOTE: -A REGISTRATION FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED ON YOUR ARRIVAL. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A CURRENT DRIVERS LICENCE AND BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR REFUND OF YOUR BOND.
